Nice review.
I would be bored too if the MC just treat those women like dust, while they’re falling for him.

It’s so rare that we only see these plot development at least 365 times a year (and possibly only 730 times if there’s 2 story per day, such small number).

I would prefer if they could follow Re Zero and many other story with proper character personality. (Re zero has NO harem, and the women didn’t fall for him. They think of MC as a otherworldly weird eccentric clown with nice personality, as it should be.)

They could just treat the MC with basic respect, or a little acknowledgement, if he’s respected.

And even treat the MC like a trash or garbage, by either scolding him (in a not cute way), insult him, or rebuke him to remind him of his position.

But, these kind of stories require a tremendous effort even just to make one arc/chapters. And the same amount of effort can be used to make dozens of chapters/arc of the usual trash fan service, since we can just copy-paste-edit from other sources.
