The Villain’s Savior

I don’t think the FL is weak at all. Rather she’s strong, persistent and determined. Although she might be in the categories of cry babies. But what does crying have to do with being weak???
She transmigrated at the age of 16 or 17 still a high schooler and even before the transmigration, she was an emotional wreck just by reading and dreaming about the villian.
Do you expect her to just toughen up all of a sudden when she’s so confused about the whole thing??
No matter the choices she makes at that time, the Ml will still get hurt.
Don’t forget her main purpose for coming into the book world was to save him. She doesn’t want to leave him because her main purpose was to safe him but if she stays by his side and her destined lover shows up in the future, what do you think will become the outcome. Even if she tells him that she has a mark, his reaction might still be the same as the book.
So, making a life changing choice like that for a teenager who have no live and live experience, don’t you think it’s gonna take a toll on her emotionally. No???
I agree the author might want to put in more in-depth explanation and feelings but this is a manga adaptation. Who’s to say it wasn’t included in the novel 🤷🏽‍♀️.
All in all, Zay is still pretty strong to me. Crying and taking time to make decisions is not a trait of someone that’s weak.
Who would be willing to go through a never ending pain and experience over and over again like a loop with a 0.01% of a change?? Even if it’s for love, who would be willing to do it if not the strong minded ones.

The story started out great, it had many lore and dynamics but the author really wasted it to force maximum FL and ML scenes together. The female lead’s tears were getting so annoying at some points same as the male lead’s possessiveness is too toxic sometimes but 50 chapters onwards in the end author just decided to retcon female’s origin and give excuse to male lead’s toxicity through a dark supernatural twist and by god don’t make me started on the poor treatment of the butler. The prince’s character although alluring but was nerfed to extreme by almost getting him stoic. Non of the character’s powers were neutralised well when they had the potential. The villains were basically you know “villains” with no valid backstory and agenda to their characters and actions, totally maniac and tyrant to be honest. The ending was rushed but good thing is it ended on a good term. The graphics and visuals are great, costumes and buildings are lavish, the lore is unique. The chemistry between the leads is hot but wouldn’t recommend it to those who wants to watch healthy relationship. Wish the author could have utilised things well towards the 3rd act so that my rating wouldn’t drop from 4.4 to 3.7 out off 5.
